These terms apply to every stay booked with RB HOME ESTATE LTD. This is a starting draft: have it reviewed before launch.
Your booking
The price shown at checkout is the full price for your stay, including all mandatory fees.
A booking is confirmed once the deposit or full payment shown at checkout has been received.
Bank-transfer bookings are held for the time shown and released if payment isn't received.
The lead guest must be 18 or over and stay for the whole booking.
During your stay
Respect the house rules shown on the apartment page.
The maximum number of guests may not be exceeded.
Report any damage or problems as soon as possible.
Our responsibilities
If we have to cancel, we refund everything you paid and help you find alternative accommodation.
