RB HOME ESTATE LTD is the data controller for information you give us. We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number to make and manage your booking.

• Payment records (card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us).

• Messages you send us.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for six years for tax purposes, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing rbhomestate@hotmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
